Queensland and New South Wales Border Wall

Australia
Tools

One of the most bizarre situations regarding coronavirus regulations has resulted i a ridiculous temporary border wall beig erected between the towns of Tweed Heads and Coolangatta in Australia.

The border divides the community in two, in an effort to reduce the spread of the well known coronavirus, despite there being no cases of the virus being active in the area.

Many members of the two communities now have to decide between staying home and not being able to get to work, or living out of their cars near their place of employment and not being able to retur home or visit family.

It's truly unbelievable but a clear sign of the times in which we live.
